2011—Volta EG was established by the ru-Net investment company.

The basic assets of the holding company include:NOVINTECH, PSI Energo, and Energosoft IK.

The total number of the company’s staff is 370 persons, among which are 260 specialists in engineering and technical disciplines.

The annual turnover of the Group is 4.5 bln. roubles.

Business philosophy of Volta EG consists in accumulating miscellaneous competences in process automation of energy facilities and allowing each customer an access to the state-of-the-art and best global solutions and qualified engineering.

Stepwise incorporation of a number of expert companies will complete development of an integrated multibrand product line for electric power generation, transmission, distribution and consumption markets.
